Oberweis expands sales team

North Aurora-based Oberweis Dairy announced that, despite the recession, the company is ramping up its hiring to build a team of direct salespeople. The company is hiring approximately 100 direct sales representatives to grow its home delivery business.

The company is redirecting funds previously invested in other non-advertising marketing efforts to build a team of people to talk directly to consumers.
