Support Obama's health care plan

I encourage Congress and the Senate to support of our president's wish to pass health care reform legislation.

Personally, I am fed up with all of the stalling. I could care less about big insurance companies trying desperately to hang onto their greed and the huge flow of money pouring into their pockets.

I have no health insurance now and have not had any for a long time. I was a self-employed subcontractor before losing my livelihood to the economy 18 months ago.

I really believe in three of the basic concepts that President Obama is fighting for. Believe me, after watching the news, I know it is a fight.

I know things can get really complicated, but if we can go back to the basic principles of ensuring quality, affordable care for every American citizen and reduce costs across the board we may find out that all of this is meaningless rhetoric. Other countries are doing it. Come on, politicians, how about showing us, the people you are really supposed to be working for, that you really so care about us.
