Geneva Public Library plans kids' programs

"Read on the Wild Side": The last day to submit your reading logs for prizes for the Summer Reading Club at the Geneva Public Library will be Monday, Aug. 3, in the Youth Services Department.

Juggling Funny Stories: On Wednesday, Aug. 5, Chris Fascione's boundless energy and humor create a program of storytelling, mime, clowning and juggling at 10:30 a.m. Tickets are available for the whole family in the Youth Services Department with your Geneva Library card.

Kids Club: Children in second to third grade are invited to "Kids Club" for arts and crafts, games, books - something different each month. The program will be offered from 4 to 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9 or Thursday, Sept. 10. It will continue on Thursday, Oct. 8 or Wednesday, Oct. 14; and Thursday, Nov. 5 or Wednesday, Nov. 11. Register for one date each month beginning on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at (630) 232-0893 or online at our calendar page, geneva.lib.il.us.

Storytime: Storytime registration begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 15, in person, by phone, or online through the library calendar page. Storytimes run from Sept. 28 through Nov. 7. Caregivers who are Geneva Public Library cardholders may register nonresident children for storytimes beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22.
