Golf Mill plans Teen Idol

NILES - Golf Mill Shopping Center is hosting Teen Idol at the Mill in connection with the Back-to-School shopping season.

The two-day event starts Tuesday, Aug. 4, at 5 p.m. for teens 13 to 19. The finals take place at noon Aug. 8.

The first 300 teens to watch the event will receive goodie bags filled with coupons and discounts at mall stores.

The winner of the event will take home a $450 shopping spree at the mall.

The runner up will receive a sofa lounger and gift card. The second runner up will receive prizes totaling $125.
