APAC expands support program

BANNOCKBURN - APAC Customer Services, a global provider of inbound customer care solutions, will be expanding an existing client program supporting wireless consumers on behalf of one of the world's largest wireless providers. As part of the expansion, APAC will begin providing inbound customer care support from its customer interaction center in Green Bay, Wis. Customer service specialists will assist callers with general inquiries, account maintenance and troubleshooting support. APAC partners with clients to design custom solutions designed to enhance bottom line performance.
