Catch the tail-end of National Hot Dog Month with a few Wheaton Park District-sponsored events. There's Oskar's Hot Dog Eating Contest at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 25, at Rice Pool & Water Park, 1771 S. Blanchard St., Wheaton ($10 registration), plus hot dog discounts.
