No negative vibes allowed with Hawks
I believe the "reassignment" of Dale Tallon by the Blackhawks was a business decision, pure and simple. Tallon brought negative vibes to the organization and the family name because of the snafu with signing their own restricted free agents and now he's reassigned within the team.
And, Tallon's reassignment proves to everyone that the Blackhawks will not stand for any negative vibes, especially in luring the elusive fan back to the team. Was Dale Tallon the only person in the whole organization to know the time limits to tender contract offers? C'mon! Where were Stan and Scottie Bowman, John McDonough and Rocky Wirtz when the contracts had to be tendered?
I suggest if the Blackhawks are going to "hatchet" or "reassign" people in the future that they did it right away and not wait for public outcry and negative vibes to make their decisions.
