Cops seek clues in Hanover Park bank robbery

The FBI and Hanover Park police are still looking for a man who robbed at the First Eagle Bank on Lake Street early Saturday afternoon.

The robber fled that bank at 1040 E. Lake St., with an undetermined amount of cash at about 12:40 p.m.

The white male is described to be in his late 40s or early 50s. FBI officials also said he stands about 6 feet tall with a large build.

FBI said it remains unclear whether the robber used a note to demand the money and whether the robber had a weapon. No injuries were reported.
