Driving's a thrill in Naperville
Because it is not illegal to use a hand-held phone in Naperville, I would suggest that all future driver's education classes include how to use a hand-held cell phone while driving - and definitely how to text.
The only drawback to this training is it will take some of the thrill out of driving in Naperville. Once these skills are taught the training could upgrade to drinking coffee, smoking and texting simultaneously. Then they could throw in newspaper reading and the application of make up.
We are so fortunate to have such multitalented people in our town. So long as the rest of us can maintain our reflexes it will make for a very interesting driving experience.
