• A juvenile was charged with criminal trespass at 5:48 p.m. July 7, according to a police report. Police say they found him lighting a paper cup and a stick on fire next to Alice Gustafson Elementary School, 905 Carlisle Road.

• An unlocked men's bicycle was reported stolen at 8:32 p.m. July 7 from behind a construction dirt hill at Rotolo Middle School, 1501 S. Raddant Road, according to police.

• A digital camera and a cell phone were reported stolen from an apartment in the 1100 block of West Wilson Street at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

• An Xbox 360 video game system, a controller and a game were reported stolen at 7:41 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, according to police.

• David Montanez, 50, of the 600 block of South River Street, was charged with retail theft at 4 p.m. Friday, according to a police report. He is accused of taking eight packages of blades for reciprocating saws from Menards, 300 N. Randall Road.

• Laporscha D. Daniels, 20, of the 1100 block of East Wilson Street, was given a city ticket for disorderly conduct at 7:26 p.m. Friday after someone complained she was playing music too loudly, according to a police report.

• A registration sticker was stolen off a vehicle's license plate in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle, it was reported at 7:35 p.m. Friday, police said.

• An exterior door and two window screens were damaged at Rotolo Middle School, 1501 S. Raddant Road, it was reported at 12:38 p.m. Sunday, according to police.

• Someone broke in to a shed in Prairie Path Park, 813 Mark Twain Trail, it was reported at 1:05 p.m. Sunday, police said.

• Mailboxes were knocked off posts in the 1100 blocks of Danforth and Millview drives, it was reported at 8:39 a.m. Saturday, according to a police report.

Geneva

• A green iPod Mini and a black iPod Classic were reported stolen at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Keim Circle, according to police. They were in use in a garage during a garage sale, and taken while the owner was inside the house.
