Some kindness amid transfer squabble
I would like to respond to a letter written by Bill Soyars about the children transitioning to Waubonsie Valley and Metea Valley. Mr. Soyars, thank you!
In 2010, I will have one son attending Neuqua while his younger brother will attend Waubonsie. I know it will be challenging. I also know that we will not be alone in our struggle.
But to find such kindness amid all the negative press the situation has garnered is heartwarming and gives me hope that our children will feel welcomed as Warriors and as neighbors. I hope the Metea-area has folks as caring and wonderful as you to welcome the Waubonsie transferees.
