Learn basics of parenting at Elgin church's session

Elgin's First Congregational Church, in collaboration with Out-A-Box Group, will hold a parenting course based on the Love and Logic Institute.

Love and Logic is a common-sense approach that provides parents easy-to-learn skills that create respect, responsibility and good decision making in youth.

It will be held from 6:15 to 7:45 p.m. Monday, June 22, Tuesday, June 23, Monday, June 29, Monday, July 13, Monday, July 20 and Monday, July 27 in the church's fellowship hall, 256 E. Chicago St., Elgin.
