Noodles & Co. to open in Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN - Noodles & Co., a quick-casual, globally inspired noodle restaurant, is opening in Glen Ellyn Thursday.

The eatery, featuring a menu of freshly sauteed Asian, Mediterranean and American cuisine, is located at 706 Roosevelt Road.

As part of its grand opening celebration, Noodles & Co. will host a pre-opening fundraiser on Wednesday to benefit the Glen Ellyn Public Library.

From 5 to 9 p.m. that day, 100 percent of sales at the new restaurant will be donated to support the library's Bus to Books program.
