Who does Congress really represent?

The one thing that actually mattered in the current Senate bill regarding credit card rules was an amendment to limit interest rates to 15 percent. That provision was killed. So now the government, which has bailed out some of these same companies by giving them money at zero percent interest has refused to pass a bill with real protection
