Blago selling $570,000 D.C. condo

WASHINGTON -- A Washington, D.C., condominium owned by ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and his wife, Patti, is up for sale.

The couple's real estate agent, Kathleen Eder, predicts the Dupont Circle two-bedroom, two-bath condo will sell quickly. The third-floor, corner unit is listed for $570,000.

The Blagojevichs bought it in 1997, when he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.

An advertisement for the home says it has hardwood floors, a fireplace, a balcony, and "great flow."

Eder says agents showing the home don't mention who owns it.

The potential sale could give the out-of-work Blagojevichs a needed boost. Patti Blagojevich says she's agreed to appear on NBC's "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here" because of her family's financial situation.
