Coroner: Girl was stabbed repeatedly in neck
JOLIET -- The Will County coroner says a 4-year-old suburban Chicago girl died after being stabbed repeatedly in the neck.
Sabrina Clement was found dead in the basement of her Mokena home Friday evening. The autopsy released Sunday doesn't detail any other injuries.
Police haven't said what weapon or object was used in the attack.
Clement's 18-year-old half-brother, Keith Randulich, has been charged with first-degree murder in her death.
He's being held at the Will County Jail on $10 million bond. It is not clear if he has an attorney.
Authorities have not released details on a possible motive.
Will County state's attorney spokesman Chuck Pelkie says a 16-year-old relative who was also in the home at the time has not been charged.
