South Elgin needs library

It's a hassle to drive to downtown Elgin to get to the Gail Borden Library. A public library should be built in South Elgin. With property tax money, the town of South Elgin should be able to build a library. Having a public library can increase employment, and make it easier for families and students to get all the cultural, technological and historical resources they need. It can also provide services, and programs to the South Elgin community. With a public library in South Elgin our community will grow more.
