Throw a flag at this Congressman

U.S. Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas 6th District) has introduced legislation to prevent the NCAA from calling a football game a national championship unless it's the outcome of a playoff. Huh? Doesn't he have enough to do? One would think so. He chairs the prestigious U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee. Did his light bulb burn out? He's trying to play NCAA quarterback? Time out. Give him a 15-yard penalty for illegal procedure.
