Pro-choice people don't discuss options

I read Kelan McDonnell's so-called clarification of a previous contributor's article. I beg to differ on a couple of points. In all the times I have heard pro-choice people discuss their position, never have they ever mentioned adoption, or keeping the baby. In fact, if they truly believed those are options, then why the strong position on abortion? Second point, how can killing ever be an option? A more acceptable option, also never mentioned, is not getting pregnant in the first place. I understand there are extenuating circumstances, but most pregnancies are avoidable. A bank robber has options too, 1. Don't harm anyone, 2. Take a hostage, just in case, 3. Don't rob the bank in the first place. But using McDonnell's logic, killing an innocent teller is also an option. Let's face it, the pro-choice movement has always been about abortion, whereas the pro-life movement has always been about life. Bob Van Slobig
