Time to sink or swim, CTA

There is no reason that a monopoly like the CTA cannot be profitable on its own. They need to build a working business model, investigate theft and corruption, and (here's a thought) start taking credit cards.

The CTA cries like this every year and every year they get the money they ask for after threatening to cut service.
