Abortion is not the American Way

As I watched President Obama justify his release of the interrogation memos, I was struck by the incongruity of his message. He claimed the release and indeed the banning of the techniques "As a sign to the world of our return to American values."

He suggested the enhanced techniques on a couple dozen of the most vicious terrorists in the world were somehow illegal torture.

This is the same president who supports the legal and government-funded killing of unborn children for "medical science" or for simple expediency. And he suggests this, too, represents American values.

Instead of investigating the people who wrote the legal briefs on the interrogation process, we should investigate and prosecute those who wrote the justification of state-sponsored child murder.

This president has the ultimate "Audacity of Hypocrisy."
