Small kindness, big impression
We would like to acknowledge a very special individual who works for the Hoffman Estates Village Hall.
On April 18th, Saturday, there were all-day activities going on which we wanted to support and partake. When we arrived the handicapped area was filled and we were directed to park quite a distance away.
Very slowly my husband and I (he is handicapped, using a cane) trudged along slowly when a very special kind worker "Chris D'Giorgio" picked my husband up on his work trailer and deposited my husband up on his work trailer to bring him the rest of the way to the Village Hall.
Wait, that is not the end of his thoughtfulness. He then offered to retrieve our car, which was many blocks away and repark it outside of the Hoffman Estates Village Hall parking area.
What a wonderful, thoughtful caring gentleman. Thank you, Chris, for truly helping out a very grateful couple of senior citizens. Our village should be very proud and honored to have such a caring employee like you. (Hopefully I have spelled Chris' name correctly).
