Honest patriots now enemies of state
Honest patriots now enemies of state
For the first time in my adult life I am ashamed to love my country. I find myself almost a criminal because I want to support the right to life. I find myself a criminal because I believe in the Second Amendment. I find myself a criminal because my government has said I am a right-wing extremist. I am amazed we have found friendship with the so-called terrorists, although we can't call them that anymore because our government does not want us to. My own government has turned against me and millions of other people like me because I may not agree with letting them take away what our brave soldiers and veterans have fought and died for. My Department of Homeland Security has turned against me and call me an extremist. I am ashamed. I am not ashamed of my country and I do not and will not apologize for it as our president does every chance he gets. I am ashamed at my government for making honest, patriotic citizens enemies of the state.
