Capt. Phillips, you are my hero

Captain Phillips, you said you are no hero.

Actually you are. I am an Immigrant and I travel to India at least once a year. I usually stop in London for a night or two. One time I was introduced to someone with "He is from America, people who aide IRA." Last few years I have been told," You went in Iraq for Oil and in Afghanistan for Uranium". At least now I have another reason to confront them that we also defend against bad elements.

When you were taken, you knew it could have meant anything including death. But you kept your faith, you knew there was someone who would come to your rescue.

I am a Sikh and my religious culture tells me to help others even if it means end of life to you. You proved that there are others with similar belief.

I definitely do not provoke violence, but if we all start standing up against these bad elements, our society will definitely gain. Bad elements only scare people who are afraid of dying. If they find out they (bad people) will be faced with similar consequences, they will start thinking before they hurt others.
