Wake up, people, and take your country back
Recently, across America, the Great Tea parties of 2009 took place in at least 500 organized events. This day makes me proud. That's what been missing - people participating in their local government. The truest form of "grass roots" in action.
The more this pack of deceitful, thieving scoundrels hears us all, using whatever language or means of peaceful opposition to deliver the message, the better our chances of keeping a free country free.
Just think about it. City by city, some 575 organized tea party events. What this says to me is that people are finally getting a clue to what's truly going on. "People who forget their history are doomed to repeat it" or something like that. Anyway, I am thinking that the people who participate and attend these parties are just the tip of a very large, non-melting iceberg. A mass of people who believe this bloated government, sick with too much power, needs to be stopped.
Something else comes to mind. "Those who don't take a stand for anything will end up falling for anything." Yup. I can see that happening before my eyes, weary with anguish as I say goodbye to the country I grew up with.
Take a minute to think about it. What's your part in all this? What can and what will you do to keep us safe from a very hostile government?
Whether overt or covert, corruption and increased control are rampant. What today's organized rallies brings to life is that we citizens, who share the burden for all their shenanigans, are on to you governing losers. I'm confident our sleeping co-citizens will awaken soon from their slumber and take a stand. It really is the only way.
