Even with A+ credit, refinancing refused
I would like to get the word out re: refinancing your home. We tried and were refused.
We have A+ credit rating, pay every bill on/before it's due, pay our taxes/insurance outside of our mortgage, are both working and we were refused. To boot, we even went through the bank we have our mortgage/checking/savings with.
Something is just not right within this home refinancing crisis. President Obama wants everyone to refinance and we tried. We are the typical American family with two kids and three cars (two paid off).
It is unfair that the banks are using the foreclosure rate against the good guys. We would like someone to help us refinance.
