S&P lowers Sterilizer Sterigenics
Sterigenics International Inc., a provider of sterilization services, has a "very tight leverage covenant cushion," Standard & Poor's said April 24 in the course of lowering the corporate peg one grade to B.
The Oak Brook-based company has 13 facilities in the U.S.
