BYDE to sponsor 'Bling for Ballet'

Everyone is welcome as Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble (BYDE) offers a way to make cash, clean house and support the arts all in one afternoon!

BYDE will sponsor its first "Bling for Ballet" from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 17, at Pair Chocolates, 734 W. Northwest Highway, in Barrington.

Goldarama, a trusted family owned business, will be available at "Bling for Ballet" to assess and purchase your unwanted gold jewelry, watches, gold coins, silver jewelry, silverware, class rings or even old gold fillings.

At the close of "Bling for Ballet", Goldarama will donate 10% of its proceeds to support BYDE productions, scholarships and outreach programming. Customers go home with 100% of their transaction price!

For patrons unable to attend the May 17 event, jewelry may be securely dropped off in a self-addressed envelope at Barrington Youth Dance Ensemble. A quote will be secured on May 17 and returned to the patron(s) who then can decide if they wish to proceed with the transaction.

So, clean out your drawers and bring your unwanted, broken or outdated items to "Bling for Ballet."
