Send prisoners to own countries

The Obama administration is now considering bringing some of the Gitmo prisoners to the U.S. and releasing them here. Just to make it more bizarre, they are also talking about putting them on welfare (your money) so that they can start a new life here. These are Chinese nationals that broke Chinese law and went to Afghanistan to fight with the Taliban against us. The Obama administration does not want to send them back to China, their own country, because they may be punished for breaking their country's laws. That is dangerous and stupid. We recently had a parolee murder four police officers in California. Because he was a citizen of the United States, we have to take that risk because it is the law and he earned parole. But does it make any sense to risk our safety to protect Chinese nationals with your money from being punished for breaking Chinese law and fighting against us in Afghanistan?

China has taken most of our manufacturing jobs, they practically own our country (financing 30 percent of our debt), they have "borrowed" our best industrial designs for their profit, and now they are managing to have their criminals kept here on our nickel which keeps their country safer. Who is the dominant world power again? And what is the Obama administration thinking?
