APAC awarded new three year contract
BANNOCKBURN - APAC Customer Services Inc. announced that it has been awarded a new three-year contract to provide contact center support on behalf of a global leader in marketing solutions. As part of the agreement, APAC will provide client care and membership sales support. Associates on the program will assist callers with their Club Memberships and other related customer service needs.
