Durbin's 'accomplishments' are lacking

Allow me to list some of Sen. Durbin's recent "accomplishments":

After Mr. Burris was chosen by Gov. Blogo to replace Barack Obama, the Senator objected and recommended a special election be held. However, he soon realized a Republican might win and suddenly Mr. Burris was more than qualified to be a Senator. Senator Durbin was also mindful of the 60 votes needed to prevent a Republican filibuster and he knew Mr. Burris would oblige with the "proper" vote.

Now he as devised the latest travesty. The diversity ploy which will result in the shredding of the first amendment and the silencing of talk radio.

Finally, a fund was provided to set up a voucher system in Washington, DC, and many parents enrolled their children in the program. The parents did so because the public schools in DC are about the worst in the nation. A short time ago, Senator Durbin caved in to the teachers union and canceled the funding.
