Cut isn't enough to undo damage

I don't think one quarter of one percent is going to be enough to undo the damage the Cook County Board has done to the residents and businesses residing in Cook County.

This will not bring shoppers back to Cook County. This will not keep or bring back businesses to Cook County. It's still much cheaper to shop in the collar counties. And that's where I will continue to spend what little discretionary money I have until Cook County realizes that increasing taxes and fees is not the way to increase revenue. To increase revenue you need to cut taxes, fees, and get spending under control.
