Elgin Twp. assistance program doing good

During this tough economic time, as a rental property owner in Elgin I would like to thank the Elgin Township Supervisor Annette Miller for supporting and maintaining an Emergency Assistance Program that most townships do not have or discontinued because of a lack of funding. With this assistance, my tenants are able to pay me, preventing them from being evicted due to financial problems.
