New on DVD: Disney animation collection

"Disney's Animation Collection Volume One"

There are three titles in the new collection from the Walt Disney Studios. Each DVD is part of the series which represents classic Disney short films. Parents and grandparents can present this series to kids and watch them together. It will bring back lots of memories for older viewers and will be pure magic for the young ones.

The titles are:

• "Mickey and the Beanstalk," with the shorts "Brave Little Tailor," "Thru The Mirror," "Gulliver Mickey" and "Mr. Mouse takes a Trip."

• "The Prince and the Pauper" with the shorts "The Pied Piper," "Old King Cole," "Ye Olden Days" and "A Knight For A Day."

• "Three Little Pigs," with the shorts "The Big Bad Wolf," "Three Little Wolves," "Lambert The Sheepish Lion," "Chicken Little," "Three Blind Mouseketeers" and "Elmer Elephant."

"The Three Stooges Collection Volume Five: 1946-1948"

The Three Stooges are one of the greatest comedy acts of all time. New fans discover them each year, and this collection will keep you laughing and thinking. The Three Stooges starred in over 190 theatrical short movies in the 1930, '40s and '50s. During this time, The Stooges consisted of Moe Howard, his brother Curly and Larry Fine. When Curly got sick, Moe, who was the leader of the group, called back his brother Shemp. Fans around the world voted on the 25 short films in this collection. They have been digitally emastered and chronologically organized.

The two-disc set features "A Bird in the Head," "All Gummed Up," "Brideless Groom," "Fright Night," "Heavenly Daze," "Hold That Lion," "I'm a Monkey's Uncle," "Three Little Pirates," "Three Troubledoers" and "Uncivil Warbirds."

"Very Best of Dog Whisperer with Cesar Milan"

The great show has been on the National Geographic Channel since 2004. It has been nominated for an Emmy Award and is one of the top-rated shows on the channel.

Cesar has stated that his role is "rehabilitating and restoring balance to dogs and humans." He believes that it's a process with dogs and humans, and his mantra is exercise, discipline and then affection. It is great to see the transformation, from the beginning of each segment to its conclusion. The DVD presents some of the show's more difficult moments for Cesar, but he always comes through.

"March Madness: The Greatest Moments of the NCAA Tournament"

College basketball fans can now enjoy 70 years of magic from the Men's Division One Basketball Tournament, and relive the most dramatic and exciting moments.

Everyone knows the theme of "One Shining Moment," and Jim Nantz narrates the buzzer beaters, stars such as Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and Larry Bird, highlights of championship games, interviews with Mike Krzyzewski and much more.
