Cal Thomas views are overpaid

After the overdose of columnist Cal Thomas' very right wing opinionated columns, which readily appear on our Herald's Opinion page, I humbly submit: Did he really believe that we need Rush Limbaugh's lesson in becoming rich values?

Does the Herald have to reprint this much overpaid entertainer on radio? To make his point in his Friday's column. "Let those who envy create their own wealth." The statement sounds like that is why newspapers are going out of business. Better just listen to talk radio to have your opinions shaped? Radio is free, no charge as opposed to subscription price. Or read and determine with your able mind to form a valuable opinion.

We readers desire better as subscribers to the Herald. The airwaves are saturated with the hateful broadcasting by very high paid "on loan from gawd" persons. Foisted on we searching citizens for persons who love the truth, rather than those overpaid propagandists on-air hate mongers.

Please, as a reader of the Herald, give more opinions which we can use to conclude there is hope in the American dream.

Please give fellow readers some critical thinking and then act to the good benefit we all deserve. To solve this terrible crisis we find our nation in. "Those who know the truth are not equal to those who love it"?
