Algonquin mayor urges vote for Abboud

During the past few years, I have had the opportunity to work with President Robert Abboud of Barrington Hills on several issues.

In one, Bob worked diligently to preserve the integrity of Barrington Hills' borders against outside forces and in others Bob has worked with the state legislature on many diverse issues like regional transportation and municipal rights.

It goes without saying that Bob has always had the best interests of Barrington Hills as his primary goal. He has also become a leader in helping shape regional cooperation, through multiple councils of government, to make Barrington Hills and the surrounding communities better places to live and work.

The past several years have seen many challenges to our villages requiring real communication, cooperation and leadership to solve. Bob Abboud has been a very positive influence in the region and a leader that I hope the voters in Barrington Hills choose to retain.
