The others facing charges
The five other men indicted Thursday along with former Gov. Rod Blagojevich are:
• John Harris, 47, of Chicago. Harris, Blagojevich's chief of staff from late 2005 until his arrest in December 2008, is cooperating with prosecutors. Charged with one count of wire fraud.
• Alonzo Monk, 50, of Park Ridge. Lobbyist, general counsel to Blagojevich when he was congressman, managed Blagojevich's 2002 and 2006 governor campaigns, Blagojevich chief of staff 2003-2005; later chaired Blagojevich's campaign fund. Charged with one count of wire fraud.
• Robert Blagojevich, 53, of Nashville, Tenn. Blagojevich's brother, chair of his campaign fund since August 2008. Charged with two counts of wire fraud.
• Christopher Kelly, 50, of Burr Ridge. Businessman, key fundraiser, chair of Blagojevich campaign fund from early 2004-August 2005. Charged with: one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of fraud conspiracy, one count of extortion conspiracy, one count of attempted extortion.
• William F. Cellini, Sr., 74, of Springfield. Businessman, executive director of Illinois Pavement Association. Raised money for Blagojevich partly through that association. Exerted influence with the Teachers Retirement System of Illinois (TRS). Prosecutors say he invested millions on behalf of TRS through association with Commonwealth Realty Advisors. Charged with: one count of fraud conspiracy, one count of extortion conspiracy, one count of attempted extortion.
