'Big Brother' casting in Chicago; BBC reimagines 'Pride and Prejudice'

'Big Brother' is casting

Feel like revealing your personal life to a national TV audience? CBS' trashy summer reality series "Big Brother" holds an open casting call for its 11th go-round from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, 1 W. Grand Ave., Chicago. For details, visit cbs.com/casting.

Austen powers

The BBC adds a time-travel element to the classic "Pride and Prejudice" in the new miniseries "Lost in Austen" when a contemporary London woman finds herself transported back as Elizabeth Bennet. The four-part series begins at 8 p.m. Saturday on WTTW Channel 11. PBS' "American Masters" executes a profile of composer Philip Glass in "Glass: A Portrait of Philip in Twelve Parts," at 9 p.m. Wednesday on Channel 11.

Cry 'Wolf'

The horror movie "Wolf" never really takes off as a Mike Nichols satire, but Jack Nicholson delights in the lead role as a writer letting his animal side come out - especially with Michelle Pfeiffer. It's at 7 p.m. today on AMC.
