Lake Forest Hospital expands services

LAKE FOREST - Lake Forest Hospital announced Wednesday that it now operates an imaging network in Lake and northern Cook counties with eight new locations. The hospital acquired three facilities operated by Gurnee Radiology Centers in Gurnee, Libertyville and Bannockburn, and is also opening an operation in Glenview. The hospital had previously operated four imaging centers at its Lake Forest Hospital campus, Grayslake campus, Gurnee and Vernon Hills. The hospital offers digital imaging with high-end CT scanners, PET scanners, high-field and open MRIs, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, nuclear medicine and interventional radiology.
