Andy Stein will be good for BG board

My name is Gene Huxhold and my family was one of the first 100 families to move into the Village of Buffalo Grove. My father, known to everyone as "Hux", was one of the village's first trustees and during his tenure he was the trustee with oversight of the police department and the volunteer fire department.

Back then only a few commercial enterprises existed, including Ray's General Store, Bill's Buffalo House and Ferguson Farm Equipment. My, how things have changed.

I recently learned that Andy Stein had decided to run for trustee in Buffalo Grove. I can't think of a better person to think through the many issues that today's village of Buffalo Grove faces. I have known Andy for over six years and we worked directly together for three of those six years. He is a man that provides a realistic perspective on issues.

My colleagues and I came to rely on Andy to look at a situation, listen to all ideas and offer solutions that were workable. I endorse Andy Stein for Buffalo Grove Village Trustee and I hope that you will cast your vote in his favor.
