Kovarik listens, inspires, connects

I strongly support Mayor Kristina Kovarik for re-election. I have watched and observed her style and approach to her duties and find them refreshing. >

Mayor Kovarik clearly articulates a vision, identifies the mission and prudently shapes goals as variables emerge, inspires employees and connects with citizens. Mayor Kovarik has chosen strong department heads, delegates authority and responsibility, keeps a watchful eye and demands results. She is engaged and involved but she does not micromanage. And she listens carefully to citizens so she can change course when necessary.

Our village is a wonderful place to live and Mayor Kovarik has worked hard every single day to protect and preserve our community. She takes her responsibility seriously in representing the best interest of the village and deserves re-election to continue her hard work laying the foundation for the future. I am voting for Mayor Kovarik on April 7 and encourage all the citizens of Gurnee to do the same.
