Fire to battle UIC Flames in benefit game

For the third consecutive year, the Chicago Fire will face the Illinois-Chicago's men's soccer team in an exhibition match to benefit the Chicago Fire Foundation.

The match will take place at 7 p.m. April 7 at Flames Field, located on the UIC campus. General admission tickets are $12 through April 6 and a special group rate of $10 per ticket is available for groups of 20 or more. Tickets can be purchased for $15 on the day of the game through the UIC Athletics Ticket Office by calling 312-413-UIC1 or at the gate.

"The Fire is excited to once again partner with the UIC Flames for this benefit match," said Fire Technical Director Frank Klopas, who also serves as Chicago Fire Foundation president. "We look forward to providing fans with an entertaining evening of soccer."
