Toll Brothers offers upgrades at weekend kitchen, bath expo

If you've thought about taking advantage of the hottest buyer's market in decades, you might want to take a look at one of Toll Brothers' seven communities in Chicagoland this weekend.

For three days only, today, March 27, through Sunday, March 29, the national homebuilder known for luxury homes is offering even more luxury in the rooms that seem to matter the most - the kitchen and bath. Buyers that place a deposit on a new home during the three day event will be given the opportunity to design their dream kitchen and bath by selecting from an impressive list of high-end upgrades and finishes at no additional cost.

Toll Brothers is offering potential home buyers a combination of kitchen and bath upgrades that vary at each community and are valued in the mid- to high-five figures. "This is in addition to our current, unmatched, outstanding list of included features,"  stated Andy Stern, senior vice president of Toll Brothers. "I encourage anyone considering a new home purchase to visit us this weekend."

Popular kitchen features offered may include a 42-inch built-in refrigerator, custom tile backsplash in natural stone or marble with creative designs or accents and upgraded wood cabinets in either maple or cherry with full overlay raised panel doors in wide range of colors and finishes. Master bathroom selections range from upgraded granite countertops and plumbing fixtures to cabinetry and custom tile.

Buyers are invited to Toll Brothers Design Studio in Schaumburg to review thousands of interior choices available for home styling. Assisting customers with their important decisions are design coordinators who have either interior design training or on-the-job experience. They recommend complimentary combinations of carpeting, tile, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, sinks, doors and millwork.

Stern says that Toll Brothers' financial strength and stability have been major factors in most of their recent sales. "We are finding that buyers are looking for more than a bargain, they want assurance that their home will be completed on-time and on-budget, and that the builder is here to stay," says Stern.

Fortune magazine just rated Toll Brothers No. 1 in financial soundness, quality of products and services, and long-term investment. What's more, the iconic luxury-home builder now is offering a mortgage protection plan for a limited time. The plan is free to Toll Brothers homebuyers who finance their homes through TBI Mortgage, their in-house mortgage subsidiary, and covers up to six months of mortgage payments - up to $2,500 - for a qualified job loss within the first two years after closing. In addition, Toll Brothers is offering 3.99% interest rate on a conforming 30-year fixed rate loan and is able to lock in the rate for up to 12 months.  In order to qualify, buyers must meet credit score and down payment guidelines. Other programs to help potential buyers sell their current home include free home staging services and extended build times as well as attractive mortgage programs through TBI Mortgage.
