Glasgow will be an outstanding trustee

I am writing to endorse Tom Glasgow for the position of Arlington Heights village trustee. My husband, Jeff, and I have known Tom and his family for a number of years and cannot recommend him highly enough.

In these uncertain economic times, we need a leader with experience, vision, integrity and commitment. Tom is such a person. With Tom's experience in state and local government and his unwavering commitment to serving the Arlington Heights community, Tom is an asset we cannot afford to be without.

Tom and his wife, Denise, have lived in Arlington Heights for more than 19 years and have three beautiful children who attend District 25 schools. Tom understands the importance of upholding the positive reputation and excellence in our schools, library and hospital. Additionally, Tom has managed to hold positions of authority and responsibility while still making time to volunteer in his community. Jeff and I hold Tom up as an example to our own children of what it means to be model citizen in this community.
