Tolomei himself main beneficiary

According to the Village Pride's Web site, Mayor Tolomei states the following:

"The answer is the long list of village accomplishments and improvements under the leadership of Village President John Tolomei."

You are led to believe that Mayor Tolomei was the village president when his entire list was accomplished?

It isn't so based on a few examples as follows:

Under Mayor Kay: Breezewald Park Approved referendum 11/92; Shoreline Protection Program completed; Staples Park Walking & Bike Paths installed 1994; New Public Works building Design & Construction; Sidewalk along Ela Road from Rand to Braemar; Sidewalk connection around lake completed in 1996.

Under Mayor Krischke: Brought in new library and police station; YMCA site selection 4/95 - construction began; Police on lake possibly goes back to 1989

Mayor Tolomei: Says he reduced speed limit on North Old Rand Road per residents' request. He lives on North Old Rand and benefited. He wants us to believe he did this for one resident when he ignored 80 petition signatures not to increase bar business outside and give them live music in a quiet residential neighborhood; He also voted to take Old Rand Road from IDOT making it Lake Zurich's responsibility. Again, he benefits.

Let's vote for candidates who won't mislead us such as C.A.R.E. with Trustee Suzanne Branding for president, Jeff Halen, Jonathan Sprawka and Rich Sustich for trustees and Wende Dau for clerk.
