ECC plans career job fair for April 2

ELGIN - Elgin Community College is hosting a job fair from 3 to 7 p.m. April 2 in the Spartan Events Center on the main campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin. The event is free and open to the public. The college is offering a free professional career assessment workshop voucher to the first 200 District 509 attendees who have been unemployed from a full-time job since Jan. 1, 2008. A variety of workshops are taking place on various of dates at the Career Services Office to help job seekers before and after the job fair.
