Carpentersville-Dundee League to hold several candidate forums

The Carpentersville-Dundee Area League of Women Voters has scheduled the upcoming candidate forums for contested races in the April 7 election.

• Tuesday, March 3: East Dundee village board candidates at 7 p.m. at the East Dundee village hall, 120 Barrington Ave.

• Wednesday, March 4: West Dundee village board candidates at 7 p.m. at the West Dundee village hall, 102 S. Second St.

• Thursday, March 5: Candidates for the Gilberts village board and Rutland Township board at 7 p.m. at Eagles Club, 325 Raymond Drive, Gilberts.

• Saturday, March 7: Candidates for the Dundee Township Library Board and Dundee Township Board at 9:30 a.m. at the Dundee Township Senior Center, 665 Barrington Ave., Carpentersville.

• Saturday, March 7: Candidates for the District 300 school board and Elgin Community College District 509 board at 11 a.m. at the Dundee Township Senior Center, 665 Barrington Ave., Carpentersville.
