18 arrested after cops break up party

Police arrested 18 people at an underage drinking party in Buffalo Grove early Sunday.

Buffalo Grove police responded to the 200 block of Cottonwood Road around 3:20 a.m. Sunday after getting a complaint about people yelling and playing loud music. Police said the homeowner, Margaret Couch, was found sleeping in the home and told officers that she wasn't aware of the party. She was charged with public nuisance assemblage for hosting the party, police said.

The following Buffalo Grove residents were cited with unlawful possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor: Dylan Flynn, 18; Adam Cannella, 17; Andrew Cohler, 18; Jacob Larson, 17; Matthew Dolin, 19; and Aaron Isaacman, 17.

The following Arlington Heights residents were cited with unlawful possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor: Samuel Katz-Berger, 18; Kaitlin Brunner, 17; Kristofer Clements, 19; Samuel Krupiarz, 18; Einar Zieske, 18; Samantha Lodygowski, 17; and a 16-year-old.

The following Wheeling residents were also cited: Natalie Dorantes, 18; Jake Henning, 18; Tyler Cashman, 18; Christian Teran, 17; and Lisa Sanchez, 18.

Those cited will be in court on March 27 in Mundelein to face the charges, police said.
