Stimulus plan is too much about trust
My representative is Bill Foster. His campaign said he was a scientist and businessman. I don't know about science, but I do know about business. Let's say I worked for Mr. Foster's company and approached him with a plan to expand his business. I have the business plan in hand and need his company to fund $2 million to execute the plan. I ask Mr. Foster to approve the voucher for the funds to execute my plan. However, I tell Mr. Foster to just sign, you don't need to read my business plan. Trust me - is he going to approve it?
