Cabot finished deal in Epoch acquisition

AURORA - Cabot Microelectronics Corp., a supplier to the semiconductor industry, announced that it completed the acquisition of Epoch Material Co. for a purchase price of approximately $66 million. Cabot Microelectronics initially obtained 90 percent of Epoch's stock, with the remaining 10 percent to be transferred to the company from Eternal in eighteen months.
